online dispute resolution in line with EU regulation no. 524/2013

For disputes from online sales & service contracts between private consumers resident and traders established in the European Union (EU) the EU Commission has set up a website for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR) per https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/†. As legally not obliged, for the part here is principally not partaken in these or similar alternative dispute resolution or arbitration proceedings.
